Andrea Gräser turned our dream of a second home in Gran Canaria into a wonderful reality. For the renovation of our bungalow, we wanted a mix of Cuban elements for the terrace and Art Deco for the interior. We are particularly excited about our Art Deco kitchen, which has become a true eye-catcher.
Currently, we are renovating a historic colonial house in Gáldar with her creative support, and here too, we feel the passion and expertise that Villa Living brings to every project.

I came to the island with the vision of making it my “second home” when I’m not in my home country. I met Andrea, who turned my bungalow that I had just bought into my personal paradise, which by now has become my principal place to stay the year as I’m so in love with it. Every detail, from colors to style, are a reflection of my interests and personal style - a perfectly balanced combination of modern and minimalistic. I couldn’t have done it better myself, only that in this case, I didn’t have to invest my time, nor acquire the knowledge needed to even be able to achieve this result in a country that is foreign to me.
This is the reason that a few years later, I decided I wanted to add more unique features to my place, like a sauna and a new terrace - of course I called Andrea for the implementation and realization.
I would do it all over again with her, so should I ever decide to by a different place to make it truly „my own“, I know who to call!

It’s a perfect home for breaks from everyday life, for quality time with family and friends, or simply for moments of peace and relaxation. We are excited to spend the next years in this beautiful, renovated holiday home and continue to create memories that we can share with others. The renovation with Villanova Living was a decision that has absolutely paid off – and the result is more than we ever hoped for.
The task was to design an Airbnb bungalow for the time we are not there. The extremely positive reviews we’ve received since we started renting speak for themselves.
